Throughout my 23 years of experience excavating in central Indiana, I have worked for literally hundreds of custom home-builders. The Beretta Brothers are as professional as anyone on that list. When I dig for the Beretta's, I know I must bring my 'A-Game' because there are no shortcuts allowed. Attention to detail is evident and the job site is always prepared when I get there. I did an appraisal on a Beretta home this week. This was the second house that this man has had built but his first Beretta home. He said they were great, trustworthy, honest people and that he wouldn't ever use anyone else. Even better, he got really excited when talking about them. Anyway, his house was built great and it was good to see somebody so happy with their builder. He bought his home for $190,000 two years ago and we appraised it at $220,000.
